Discount Codes:  Discount codes may not be used on previous orders or purchases.  Each discount code will have it's unique discount or special offer.  Only one discount code can be applied to an order. 

Monogram: All monogrammed items are final sale.  If there is a mistake with your monogram that is due to our mistake, please contact Haute Totz by phone and we can get the issue resolved.  Haute Totz is not responsible for any typographical errors for an order.  Please make sure you fill out all contact information on all orders for monogramming.  In the event we have a question, we will reach out to you before processing your monogram order.  

Order Processing Time:  All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being received.  If for some reason we see this to be a problem, we will contact you to let you know.  If you need a expedited order, please contact Haute Totz with your order confirmation number and we will do all we can to help you. 

Returns & Exchanges:  We have an entire page dedicated to that!  Check it out and if you don't find your answer there, feel free to reach out. 

Shipping:  United States Postal Service delivery window is 4-5 days for First Class Mail and Priority Mail is 2-5 days.  Please remember holidays observed by the United States Postal Service for shipping dates.  Packages can be delayed during peak holiday shipping times.  Haute Totz is not responsible for these delays.
