SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping — 5 to 8 business days
Express Shipping — 3 to 4 business days
Bulk Shipping — 5 to 8 business days (flat $40.00 fee)
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard and express shipping on orders of $200.00 or more (before taxes, after discounts are applied).
Please note the following:
• The $200 minimum is based on your order subtotal only. Taxes and fees are not included.
• Bulk orders are not eligible for free shipping under any circumstances. A flat $40.00 shipping fee will always apply to bulk orders, even if your order total exceeds $200.
• Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS
Orders that include personalized or custom-made items require additional production time before they can be shipped. Please allow extra time when ordering these products.
• Once your item ships, standard delivery timeframes apply.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
• Because personalized items are made to order, they cannot be canceled once production has begun.
SALE ITEMS
Please allow additional time for your order containing sale items to ship.
• Sale item orders may take up to 14 business days to ship from the date of purchase.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may not be processed until the next business day. Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.
